Karin Baekgaard Walters

Karin Walters is the proprietor of the Natural Health Practice.
She qualified as a Massage Therapist, ITEC, from Exeter School of Complementary Health in November 1993 and started practising from The Natural Health Practice in April 1994. In 1998 she became a Certified Zero Balancer. She has done additional training courses in massage and counselling for people with cancer at Bristol Cancer Care Centre and she is trained to teach Natural Active Birth and Parenting. She has been teaching these classes weekly in Exeter and Ottery St Mary since January 2001. She offers one-to-one sessions at The Natural Health Practice as well as Pregnancy Massage.
Karin is a trained nurse and worked in many areas of nursing in Denmark, Norway and England. She retired from nursing in August 1996 when she had her first son.
Karin is originally from Denmark but has lived in Devon since November 1992. She is married to Richard Walters and they have two sons.
