Weekly classes in central Exeter on Thursday evenings and Ottery St. Mary on Monday evenings to enhance your experience of pregnancy and birth.

The classes include yoga exercises to increase flexibility and well being, understanding the process of labour, practising positions for labour and baby positioning and discovering tools to cope with pain.

From 14 weeks onwards – do as many or as few classes as you like.

Regular couples workshops and private sessions also available.
