If you are looking for gentle, supportive, non-invasive, holistic, therapy to help encourage self-healing I’d love to help.
About Me
I am a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association CSTA. I graduated from CircleCranio which follows the teachings of Franklyn Sills – a forerunner in the field of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. My approach is thus gentle and supportive. I view the person as a whole in which the physical body can hold, and thus be encouraged to release, not only past physical trauma but that of an emotional, psychological and/or spiritual nature. My view of people, not existing in isolation but, as interactive co-creators of their families and communities as well as environmental and socio-political realities, permeates my work.
I have always had a fascination with health in this most holistic way. I came to craniosacral therapy from an academic career that started in New Zealand in psychology, and health and developed, into focusing on the relationship between people and their environments.
