People choose to have counselling for many different reasons. Sometimes there is a specific concern such as a bereavement, relationship crisis, difficulty in relating to others or illness. There may be a struggle with depression or anxiety or a more general sense of dissatisfaction or confusion.
Counselling offers a genuine and confidential relationship, where you can explore ways to resolve and/or better manage the things you find difficult. It can help you better understand yourself, your feelings and how to find more satisfying ways of living your life.
We do not have a councellor working at the clinic at present, but we are happy to recommend one.
